Flourish is a nutrition coaching experience designed to provide general wellness education, personalized recipe guidance, and supportive habit-building.
As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I provide non-medical nutrition education and lifestyle guidance. This program is not medical nutrition therapy and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, are taking medication that affects appetite, blood sugar, or metabolism, or have a history of disordered eating, I recommend working alongside your physician or a registered dietitian.
My role is to support you in building practical, sustainable habits around food, not to replace medical care.
If at any point something feels outside my scope, I will always refer you to the appropriate licensed professional. Your safety and well-being come first.
